Social Media???
Social media.....blah, blah, blah!!!!! Is everyone actually reading Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.? When do people have time to read all this stuff? When do small businesses have time to post on all of them? Besides Facebook what is your favorite social media app? Why? Do you like the fact that you can find shopping items on them?

Starting Over (or the re-birth)
Blogging, social media, websites!!!!........ Launching CaliGirl Boutique has been hard. I am still working hard at getting the website up and going. In addition, I have been setting up and posting on social media. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Blogger, Google +.........boy is it a lot of work when you are just starting out. I can't wait to hire a intern to be in charge of the social media.
Tomorrow I will be narrowing down accessories that will launch for Fall 2014. Stay tuned.....

Welcome to My Blog!
As most of you know, CaliGirl launched in 2005 in the city of Los Angeles. It specialized in handmade straw bags and sandals, clutch purses and accessories. We symbolize what the distinctively classic California girl is all about- Style, Sassiness, Elegance, and Uniqueness, all delightfully rolled into one, which is exactly how our accessories will represent each and every woman who buys CaliGirl.
Where could you find the CaliGirl booth? Shecky's Girls Night Out, Sassy City Chicks, Monterrey Jazz Festival, Jazz Fest West, UCLA Jazz & Reggae, Local Fashion shows, Trunk Shows, Retail Launch Party, Conferences, Private House Parties, and many other events.
We enjoyed meeting people at all of the events and it was always a pleasure to help clients meet their fashion needs.
The Return of CaliGirl......CaliGirl has been on hiatus for a few years now. We will return in Fall 2014, as an online boutique ready to serve women in California and across the country. CaliGirl Boutique will continue to carry accessories and much more. Clutch Purses and other accessories will launch Fall 2014 and handmade Straw Bags and Sandals will launch Spring/Summer 2015.We will be featuring local, statewide and international artisans. In addition, we will look at current trends in the fashion world.
